Our Return Policy:
Due to the custom nature of each order, custom Handbags are not returnable for any reason.
Incorrectly filled orders may be returned for correction.
Damaged bags may be returned for repair; depending on the nature
of damage, a fee may be required. Since all Viv Pickle
bags are made of cloth, normal wear & tear on the bottom and
bottom corners should be expected. We do not accept
"worn-corners" as damaged and we will not compensate for this
situation. The completion of sale/order confirms that
client understand and accepts this return policy (and this
policy is stated in full detail on the back of your order form).
Pre-made bags purchased at our shop or at Pickle Parties may
be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
EFFECTIVE APRIL 15, 2009: Refunds for all
merchandise are made in the form of a GIFT CARD ONLY. No
cash or credit card refunds will be
given. This includes any custom order(s) placed and not
yet completed.
Returned Check Policy:
A returned check fee will be accessed for any returned
checks. You will be notified via phone or email in the
event that a check is returned for NSF or other reasons.
Payment in full must be made via credit card or money order.
If payment is not made in a timely order, your order will be
cancelled.
Cleaning Information:
To ensure the life of your Viv Pickle bag, our corporate
policy is to recommend dry cleaning ONLY. This is due to the
fact that many of our fabrics/bags contain multiple colors, have
various thread content and are pre-treated with fabric
protection.
If you prefer to wash your bag at home (we do not recommend
this, but many ladies prefer to do so) and your bag does not
contain satin, silk, leather or suede, you may wash it in COLD
WATER on GENTLE and then hang it dry. Do NOT put your bag in the
dryer as this will result in damage to the construction of your
bag. If wrinkles persist, iron your bag on medium-high heat and
press FIRMLY; use a pillowcase or cloth to protect your bag
while ironing failure to do so may result in fabric burns,
stains or melted handles. Bags with silk, satin, leather or
suede MUST be dry-cleaned.
Sadly, we are not responsible for fabrics that fade, run or pill
after washing or for bags that are cared for improperly and are
unable to accept them for return or repair.
If you need additional assistance regarding the care of your
bag, please let us know!
